Most holiday rental managers in Marbella don't publish their fees. You ask for a quote, and the answer depends on the home. That makes comparing hard, so we've gathered the fees managers do publish on their own websites and worked each one through the same week.
Everything below comes from each company's own page, quoted and linked, as checked on 21 October 2026. Fees change and are often tailored to the home, so treat this as a starting point and ask every manager for a written quote. If you run one of these companies and something here is out of date, tell us and we'll correct it.

Vacation Marbella, JustRent Marbella and GuestMarbella don't publish a fee: JustRent offers "three different service packages" and asks you to get in touch. We couldn't read Stayhost's site when we checked.
The same week, worked through
A seven-night stay with €2,000 for the nights and €80 for cleaning. These are the manager's fee and the VAT on it only. The platform's commission and the cleaning come off the same way whoever manages the home.

Two things matter as much as the rate. A "from" rate is the lowest a manager charges, not necessarily yours. And the base changes the bill: the same 20% costs more when it's taken from everything the guest pays. Our cost guide explains how to check the base.
Where others offer more
A fair comparison says where we're not the best fit:
- Lower rate on direct bookings. Marbella Banús Suites publishes "from 10% + VAT" on its own direct bookings, below our 18%. Its rate for Airbnb and Booking.com stays isn't published.
- Leaving without notice. Vacation Marbella says "you can cancel your Vacation Marbella agreement at any time", honouring bookings already made. We ask for one month's notice.
- Your own bookings. JustRent says "we don't restrict the number of 'owner bookings' you can make and we certainly don't charge you commission on them." With us, bookings you bring yourself, or that another agency brings, are yours to take as well: you block the dates, and only the booking platforms are ours while we manage the home.
