Who is responsible

What we collect and why
- The rental forecast and contact forms. Your name, email, phone, your property details or your message, and where you came to the site from. We use them to answer you and prepare your forecast. The legal basis is dealing with your request before a possible contract.
- The owner dashboard. If you are an owner with us, your email to send you the sign-in link, and your property's details and bookings. The legal basis is the management contract.
- Ad measurement, only if you accept cookies. Which pages you visit and whether you send a form, to measure our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram. If you send a form, your email and phone go to Meta hashed, never in the clear. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Visit statistics. How many people visit each page, with no cookies and without identifying you.
Who it is shared with
- Vercel, which hosts the site and counts visits without cookies.
- Resend, which delivers the forms to us by email.
- Meta Platforms Ireland and Google Ireland, only if you accept cookies, to measure and show ads.
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Bookings are made at book.crossahomes.com, on our booking system, which has its own terms.
How long we keep it
Requests, for as long as it takes to deal with them and at most two years if we do not end up working together. Owners' data, for the length of the contract and the years tax law requires after it.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to info@crossahomes.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Your browser also keeps your answer to the cookie notice and, for the visit, where you came to the site from. None of it leaves your browser except inside a form you send.
