The largest of the seven apartments we manage in Edificio Mediterráneo, and the only one that faces south. On this coast that is the difference between a balcony you glance at and one you actually use: sun across it through the day rather than for an hour or two. Ninth floor, directly on Marbella's seafront promenade, sleeping two, with the beach and the Paseo Marítimo immediately outside. Orientation is what sets this apartment apart from its neighbours in the building. It is the only south-facing unit of the seven, so the balcony holds the sun through the day, and it is also the largest of them. • The Living Area: An open, bright space with a sofa, flat-screen television and air conditioning, opening through glass doors onto the private balcony. • The Balcony: South-facing and looking straight out over the Mediterranean, furnished for sitting out. The ninth floor is high enough for a clear run of view across the bay and low enough to keep you connected to the promenade below. • The Bedroom: A separate room rather than an alcove, with air conditioning and storage. • The Kitchen: Fully equipped for everyday cooking, not just breakfasts. • The Bathroom: A walk-in shower, with a washing machine in the apartment. Edificio Mediterráneo has a reception desk staffed 24 hours and keypad entry to the apartment, so arriving late is straightforward.

Check-in from 3pm - Check-out by 11am Early check-in or late check-out is sometimes possible. Just ask, and we will confirm the day before. Every guest must be registered by Spanish law, including children. We send a secure link a few days before your arrival; please complete it for all guests.
